In 2011 the TIS GmbH called the Innovation Forum Telematics to life as a platform for regular exchange with customers, partners, prospects and industry colleagues. The InnoMATIK is not purely a promotional event of TIS GmbH. Visitors mainly like to use the opportunity to gain valuable insight into the industry and to hear lectures of renowned guest speakers. In addition to the direct contact with the TIS GmbH as a telematics provider the InnoMATIK also ensures direct contact with experts from the industry and networking in a pleasant atmosphere.

For more than 35 years the TIS GmbH located in Bocholt develops intelligent solutions for mobile order management and maintains a separate department for hardware development.
TIS stands for "Technical Information Systems". The rapidly expanding company was founded in 1985 by Josef Bielefeld and currently employs more than 100 employees.
Based on industrial PDAs and Smartphones TIS has implemented flexible telematics solutions for the logistics industry. Various technologies (GPRS / EDGE, WiFi, GPS, RFID, sensor) are combined into complete customized systems. Key applications address groupage and freight services with integration of warehouse logistics. In special projects special versions for gas and liquid transportation, waste disposal logistics and returnable goods logistics have emerged.
Following an extensive re-branding process since 2015, the modular software products of TIS GmbH can be found united under the name "TISLOG Logistics & Mobility".
